How do I inquiry about the availability of dates & book?

 

To inquire about a date for either location you may use the contact form located under contact us on our site, email us or call our office at 302-766-0111.

 

In order to secure your specific date, we require a $200 deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your rental. The balance is due (15) days prior to your event date.

 

When Should I book?

 

You may book an event with us bat anytime! However it is highly advised that you book  as soon as you have selected a date. We tend to book fast and do not hold dates without a deposit! 

 

What’s included in my rental?

 

ALL Rentals include furniture .( tables and chairs) for up t0m 75 people.

 

 Is the use of the outside area included in my rental fee for The Catch Wilmington location! 

All rentals for The Catch( Wilmington location ONLY)  include the use of both indoor and outdoor areas.

 

Do we provide catering or decorating services? 

 

At the moment we do not offer catering services. However, we do  now offer in house event styling please send an email for pricing. 

 

You also have the option of brining your own food into our venue.

 

 

What is the Capacity of the venue?

 

The Catch will hold 50 people comfortable without use of outside area

With use of outside area, it will hold up to 50 people.

The Catch 2.0 has a capacity of 100  people

The Catch @ Concord has a capacity of 200  people

Is there parking available?

 

The Catch

There is plenty of street parking across the street from the venue we also have an overflow lot a block away from the venue.

There is a parking lot for use inside the shopping center where The Catch 2,0 is located.

There is parking in the mall parking lot

Can I have a DJ at my event?

Yes, you are more than welcome to have a DJ. We also have a sound system in which you may play music form your smart device in addition to a business subscription to TIDAL for use.

Do I have to use the chairs and tables provided?

 

You do not have to use our chairs provided. You are more than welcome to bring your own.
