How do I inquiry about the availability of dates & book?

 

To inquire about a date for either location you may use the contact form located under contact us on our site, email us or call our office at 302-766-0111.

 

In order to secure your specific date, we require a $150 deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your rental. The balance is due (15) days prior to your event date.

 

When Should I book?

 

Due to COVID-19, a lot of our clients that had events this spring  and holiday season are now rescheduling for summer and fall 2021. Since we specialize in  tailored bespoke events  this means a lot of our dates  that were available are  booking up fast!  If you have had your heart set on a date, please book as soon as possible to ensure availability! 

 

What’s included in my rental?

 

All rentals include 15 chairs and 5 tables. Each additional chair needed is $3 per chair and $2 per kids’ chairs. Additional tables are $5 per table. 

 

All rentals for The Catch include the use of both indoor and outdoor areas.

 

Do we provide catering or decorating services? 

 

At the moment we do not offer decorating or catering services. However, we do have great partnerships with catering and event designers with whom we have great working relationships with. We can coordinate a consultation with our preferred vendors at your request.  

 

You also have the option of brining your own food into our venue.

 

 

What is the Capacity of the venue?

 

The Catch will hold 50 people comfortable without use of outside area

With use of outside area, it will hold up to 70 people.

The Catch 2.0 has a capacity of 120 people

Is there parking available?

 

The Catch

There is plenty of street parking across the street from the venue we also have an overflow lot a block away from the venue.

There is a parking lot for use inside the shopping center where The Catch 2,0 is located.

Can I have a DJ at my event?

 

Yes, you are more than welcome to have a DJ. We also have a sound system in which you may play music form your smart device in addition to a business subscription to TIDAL for use.

Do I have to use the chairs and tables provided?

 

You do not have to use our chairs provided. You are more than welcome to bring your own.

In the event the inevitable happens and we are forced to close The Catch  & The Catch 2.0 per government mandates the process will be as follows?

 

 

  • There will be NO refunds given for deposits made in the event we are forced to close due to the Pandemic.

  • You will be given an opportunity to reschedule your date. If you do not have date or your date is not available you will be granted a $150 security deposit credit to use within 1 year of cancelation.
