Our COVID-19 Response

While we still are encouraging  celebrations of  special moments with us at The CATCH & The CATCH 2.0; we have put in place new safety guidelines that must be adhered to in order for our business to stay open and keep you and your guest safe during your time at The CATCH & The CATCH 2.0. 

 

Venue Capacity

  • There is a 50 persons capacity for ALL events. Until further notice or guidance from Delaware Governor ,. Delaware Department of Health. 

Our Team & Clients

To ensure the health and wellbeing of our team and clients, we are requiring the following guidelines for all staff at The Catch Inc.:

  • All team members are required to wash their hands at the beginning and end of each shift and sanitize them at least once an hour throughout their shift.

  • Each team member’s temperature will be checked and recorded before the start of each shift

  • All team members are required to wear a face mask during their shifts at our furniture warehouse , inside our delivery trucks, and onsite at each event.

  • All team members will practice social distancing and will remain 6ft apart from other team members and clients whenever possible when working.

  • We will be strategically staffing at events to limit attendance

  • All clients attending  events or stopping in for a tour at our venues will be required to wear a face mask and  tours will be limited to 2 people.

Our Rentals

We are doing the following to sanitize our inventory before & after each event: 

  • All hard surfaces will be sanitized with commercial-grade, COVID-19 disinfectant prior to delivery and onsite at your event.

  • All upholstered items will be treated with fabric-safe commercial-grade, COVID-19 disinfectant before and after each event. Each upholstered piece will be wrapped and delivered in plastic.

  • Our venues have  been updated, soap dispensers, and hand sanitizer throughout for both staff and clients to use.

  • All  furniture delivery trucks contain hand sanitizer, wipes, disinfectant spray, and paper towels for our team to use throughout all deliveries and pickups.
